Tropical Tuna Cakes

Jump To Recipe
One of my favorite meals is a crab cake on a salad.  When I travelled a lot it was my go to meal when I wasn’t that hungry or didn’t know what sounded good at the moment.  It’s light, it’s filling but not heavy and it’s low carb (as long as the crab cake is mostly crab).  Since so many people resolve to lose weight and get in shape at the start of the new year, I thought I would post a different take on a crab cake with easy to use canned tuna.  Tuna is very low in calories and fat and super high in protein.  Add a couple extra ingredients, shape, sear the tuna cakes and serve with a salad or veggie for a healthy lunch or dinner.
