- 4 medium cucumbers
- container of your favorite hummus
- kalamata olives
- paprika, optional
- Cut the cucumbers in thick slices- About and inch to two inches.
- With a small melon baller, carefully scoop out a the seeds and create a hole to put the hummus.
- Fill the cucumber cups with hummus, top with half of an olive and sprinkle with paprika.
