Happy Friday everyone! I’m keeping today’s post short and sweet, because, it’s Friday and I think we’re all ready to kick our feet up for the weekend with a cocktail or two and yummy appetizer. I went to a Super Bowl party this year and one of the dips on the table was a store-bought Garlic Feta dip. It was served with little pretzel chips and was absolutely to die for. I literally stood over the garlic feta dip for a solid 10 minutes. At least. As I was devouring the garlic feta dip, I figured it had to be easy to recreate and oh my goodness, is it. It’s a couple ingredients whirled together in a food processor and you’re good to go.
Because I’m on a roasted garlic kick these days, I added that instead of raw garlic to the garlic feta dip. If you’re going the raw route, go ahead and use the bottled, minced kind. It has a little bit of a milder flavor than fresh minced garlic.
